Charlie is the sweetest dog you could ever meet. He loves everyone and brings so much joy to the people around him. Charlie loves to run, jump, and play. He’s an active farm dog that loves to play with his friends or go to the beach when he’s not at the farm. He truly is the best boy. Recently, Charlie was injured in an accident that left him with a severe hip subluxation, a painful condition where his hip has partially dislocated. He now needs urgent surgery to survive. Without it, the only other option would be euthanasia. Charlie’s owner, Gaia, loves him dearly and wants to do everything she can to save him. Unfortunately, this winter has already been incredibly difficult. Gaia has spent tens of thousands of dollars on veterinary care for both her horse and for Charlie, and the cost of this emergency surgery is more than she can manage alone. We are hoping to come together as a community to help Charlie get the surgery he needs so he can live a happy, pain free life.
