Help Charlie get a surgery

Hello, my name is Gabrielle. Our cat Charlie has been sick for a few days now, vomiting multiple times a day, hasn't been eating and drinking at the same time. We've recently went to the vet, and got announced the terrible news that there is a high possibility that there is a linear foreign body in him. We think he ate a string from the Halloween decorations my little brothers made at school. We do not have enough money to get the surgery done so our only hope before euthanizing is this. There is an estimated 80% chance of success, according to the veterinarian, that's if there is no complications or surprises during the surgery.
