Help Charlie fight for his life

Hi, my name is Charlie. I'm a 5-year-old mini Australian Shepherd doggie, and I'm currently fighting for my life at the vet from Xylitol poisoning. I was rescued and living a great life with my brothers. I am here to you my story so you can protect your fellow furry friends. Like most doggies, I love exploring and am obsessed with human food... last Wednesday; I managed to get into some sugar-free gelatin powder that contains Xylitol. Now Xylitol isn't as known as chocolate, but it is 100x more lethal than chocolate for us dogs. Xylitol can be found in gum, some peanut butter, icebreakers, toothpaste, mouthwash, etc. Just one piece of gum has been fatal for us puppers. It can cause severe liver damage or often kill us. Xylitol has several names, including birch sugar and sugar alcohol--so please watch out. I am currently at the emergency vet hospital and have been here for nine days; please help my family keep me here while I get better. I appreciate anything you can give.
