Help Charlie and Theresa Rebuild After Tornado

Hello everyone, my name is Mike Perez. First of all, thank you for taking the time to read this. I am new to this and am not the kind of person to ask for help but here goes.

I am making this gofundme page on behalf of my in laws. They're names are Charlie and Theresa Chagnon. Good, honest, hardworking people. They live in the Fort Pierce Florida and we just got word up here in Massachusetts that they just lost everything from a tornado ahead of hurricane Milton that hit their house a little after 5 pm today. They were in the house when it was destroyed. Somehow, by the good grace of the Lord they actually survived! They were found by a neighbor in what was left of their bedroom closet. Charlie is a retired United States Army veteran who recently had to undergo a heart operation. There is never a good time for this for anyone, but this could not have been a worse time for Charlie and Terry. The funds will be used to help them rebuild their home and their lives. I do not have a picture of the destroyed home as of now as this just happened a while ago and our communications with them are very limited. We will be hitting the road to go down there when possible and I can update if needed.

Now I know in light of the recent storms and the ones to come, there will be a lot of good people reaching out for help. I am making this gofundme to ask anyone who is willing, to please help them in any way they can. We as a family are going to do everything in our power to help, but If anyone reading this would like to help them please do. They do not know I am doing this for them, they would tell me not to as they are proud people who don't like asking for help but are the ones who always want to help others in need.
