Hi, I am Karen, Charlie 2-Socks' mom who is currently in the ER ICU for vomiting blood, bloody stool, not eating, and caterwauling. He is our little potato who has been dealing with constant unknown pain in his rear. Five years ago, he had to have his penis removed due to multiple ER visits for blockages. Now he has constant infections there and pain. His vet bills have totaled over $13,000 for the past five years. We love him so much, and he has been through so much with constant issues there and many, many, many vet visits.

He is alert and purporting but is still having blood and vomiting. The current bill we paid is $2,400+, and now they want to transfer him to another ER that has internal medicine and can do an ultrasound. That will be a minimum of $2,000 more.

We need any help with donations as our savings is so tapped! We are not out of the woods with Charlie and are not sure of the total of this next visit. I will post the vet bill we just paid to prove it. He was transferred to Golden Valley ER/ICU for additional care and an UltraSound of his internal organs. Charlie has thickening in his intestine and possible pancreatitis.

The next day we vrought him home, with several medications, and now waiting for an Internal Medical appointment.
