My father got into a snowmobile accident and was thrown over the handle bars and got a huge puncture wound in his thigh. He ended up with a bad infection and needed surgery, he was in the hospital for a week. The doctors put in a vacuum assisted closure device to help create growth in his muscles to help the wound close and keep infection out.

He’s finally back home and has an in home nurse come every 3 days to change his vac. But he has a long road to recovery and will be out of work for 3-6 months. Which means they can’t afford their home, bills, and everything else that comes with life. 

It’s been a really rough and scary few weeks but we are so grateful he is back home. I am asking for help for them to take some of the stress off their shoulders and so my papa cause focus on healing and getting back to normal life.
