Help Charles with medical through Heart Failure

Hi, my name is Charles and I am 39 years old and from metro Atlanta, GA. I have been recently diagnosed with heart failure. In August of 2021 I was at 30% function of my Heart and now, 4 short months later, was hospitalized again and found that I've declined to 15%. I work for FedEx as an operations manager and have insurance, but with time off work, hospital and doctors bills, medications, and trying to heal it is difficult to stay on my feet physically and financially. I have Ablation Surgery scheduled for February 14th (yes valentines day lol)! Any help through this to find my way back into health would be a blessing and greatly helpful.
