Hi, my name is Charles and I'm asking for help for my wife Lindsey. She can’t walk right now. She's living with osteonecrosis, femoral acetabular impingement, ischiofemoral impingement, and a possible bone infection. The pain is unbearable. She's trapped in our own home because she can’t make it down the stairs to get to her labs or her surgical consult. She's scared, in pain, and running out of options. She just needs help to get the care that could give her her life — and her legs — back. Every bit of support means more than I can say. She's currently in a terrible wheelchair with no foot support and also using a bedside commode. I watch her every day deteriorate more and more, and it scares me. We have 5 stairs that she needs to get down and no way to afford the medical equipment so desperately needed. We are asking for help getting an automatic wheelchair stair climber to get her in and out of the house so she can get to her appointments as well as either a new wheelchair or some foot rests for her current wheelchair. We are scared that if she does not get these labs soon and has a bone infection, she could possibly lose her leg, which is a rare last resort case due to being able to get antibiotics and surgery.
