EDITED: As most of you know Charles passed away 2/12/22. Please continue to pray for Charles' boys! John (grandfather) has a fund set up for the boys that they will have access to when they turn 18. I have permission from him to keep this platform open for donations to help build up their accounts. All money donated will be sent to John to distribute into the boys' funds. Hi, my name is Tabby Raines and I am a former Virginia student and friend of Mr. Tripp. Mr. Tripp was the 'fun' jolly rancher millionaire game teacher when I had him many years ago in middle school. To me, Mr. Tripp is more than a teacher but someone that I looked up too and felt I could always count on. He would come to some of my softball games to cheer us on and we used to trade Christian music CD's as well as pray for one another. When he moved to Ohio to be with Lisa and her family we finally reconnected on Facebook and have been keeping in touch through social media ever since. Mr. Tripp is in need of our help and I have organized this fundraiser for his medical expenses (incurred and future).

 

Recently, Mr. Tripp was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer from biopsy/surgery on Dec. 6th. He will have a long way to recovery and most likely will have to endure chemo therapy. Mr. Tripp is widowed with 2 school aged kids . He will need more than just money to help him and the boys get through this: Cards of encouragement (reach out for address), fast food/grocery store gift cards, meal train (working on contacting local church), help with household chores and transporting the kids to school and activities. Please, be the servants of God that we all are and help in anyway that you can <3
