My name is Charles, and I recently had to leave Maine unexpectedly. My hope was to spend Christmas with my grandchildren in Tucson, Arizona, but due to my retirement income only coming in once a month, I was only able to make it as far as Texas. Thankfully, I have family here who have welcomed me, but I am unable to continue my journey to Arizona for another four weeks without some help.

This trip means the world to me, as I haven’t seen my grandchildren in a long time and spending the holidays together would be a true blessing. I am making this journey with my 2-year-old dog, who has been my loyal companion through thick and thin. The funds raised will go directly toward travel expenses and accommodation, helping both of us reach Tucson safely and comfortably.
