Help Charles and Family Rebuild Their Lives

Our dear friend Charles Pittman, his sister Janet Nelson, and her daughter Sara were affected by the destruction caused by Hurricane Helene.

Charles' home suffered extensive flooding, resulting in the loss of many essential household items such as furniture, electronics, books, art and memorabilia. At the moment, his beloved home is filled with mud and debris, and he is working hard to make it habitable again. His sister, who lived just half a mile away, faced an even greater tragedy—her home was completely destroyed, leaving her with nothing. The damage caused by this hurricane has left them both in desperate need of assistance to begin the long process of rebuilding their lives.
