I am the mother of two amazing children, and throughout their lives I’ve been their primary caregiver. Until recently.

Through 7/8 years of litigation with my older child’s father, I have proven time and time again to be the fit parent through fruitless allegations against me. Her father is a known fentanyl addict who continuously lost placement due to his addiction, and the harm caused to our child. All of his arrests have been made while our daughter was in his care. Imagine getting that call as the mother.

We have had to move 5 times in 4 years due to stalking… get an injunction right, that’s hard to do when your brain can’t articulate what’s needed without an attorney. The police can’t help because it spans across 4 different counties.

Last week I lost placement of my daughter due to my medical diagnosis, and the POTENTIAL of my illness progressing.. what the courts didn’t give any consideration on is that for the last year and a half I fought for my life to stay here for my children. I continued to wake up and care for them. I’ve been unable to work due to my illness, yet still found a way to provide for my children, while her father refused to pay child support (18k in arrears, while owning a business with a sales revenue of $320k). And the courts merely see me as an emotionally unstable angry person.. who wouldn’t be in my shoes?

What I am asking for is donations for an attorney retainer. One that will make my voice be heard. One that will help protect my right, and my daughters safety. I’ve been denied by 78 attorneys/law firms, and all reduced priced or pro bono attorneys no longer have the resources.

Anything helps, and all will go to bringing Charlee home.
