Hi everyone, I wanted to reach out to all of our brothers and sisters in Christ to ask for prayers for our youngest daughter Charity. She has been having a lot of dental problems that are causing her a lot of pain and discomfort. I never imagined how hard it was going to be to get her help. Due to her insurance no dentist within 160 miles would would even see her. We ended up making her an appointment however it wasn’t for an entire month. So during the month we have been to urgent care several times to see if they could help but unfortunately there was nothing they could do soWe finally were able to have her seen and had X-rays done last week. She has several impacted baby teeth that are stuck and preventing her new teeth from being able to push thru and needs surgery to have them removed. But now we have been referred to specialist and that appointment isn’t until September 18th just for a consultation. Then we will have to fight her insurance for approval of the surgery which could take months. So we have called and went to several places and I finally found a pediatric dentist in my area that will pull the baby teeth while she is sedated at the end of this month. The problem is they don’t accept her insurance and we would have to pay out of pocket up front which is $1800 that we do not have. I have never felt so helpless in all my life. My daughter is in constant pain and it’s affecting her day to day life and it is breaking our hearts as she can’t sleep most nights and now that school has started back she’s afraid she will be in pain at school and it’s causing her anxiety as well. I don’t know what to do except to pray and ask for prayers. I want nothing more than to get this issue taken care of so she can go back to being the sweet happy girl that she is. So please pray for us to get this taken care of as soon as possible and for her pain to subside in the meantime and if you are able to help out in anyway we would be eternally grateful.
