Hi everyone, my name is Charisma Bond and I’m currently a Biology major on the Pre-Med track at Millikin University. I proudly serve as the Secretary of the Tau Iota Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, and I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to attend the 2025 Leadership Seminar in Anaheim, California.

This seminar is more than just a conference — it’s a chance for me to grow as a leader, connect with like-minded Sorors, and get Membership Experience (ME) certified, which will allow me to help bring in new members and ensure the continued success and growth of our chapter.

In addition, I am planning to run for Undergraduate Member-at-Large at our next Boule. Attending this seminar will provide me with the official certification and leadership development needed to pursue this role, and to represent undergraduate Sorors with purpose, integrity, and vision on a national level.

While my lodging is covered, I’m currently seeking support for flight and meal expenses to help make this life-changing opportunity possible. As a full-time student balancing academics, leadership, and financial responsibilities, I would be deeply grateful for any contribution you’re able to make.
