Hello everyone,

My name is Charanel Andrew— 33 years old,, mother to two amazing boys, entrepreneur, and owner of Luxe Treasures.

Many of you know me as Madam Luxe, the heart behind my all-natural skincare line and luxury scented candles, including the special edition that celebrated Grenada’s 50th Anniversary of Independence.

I never imagined I’d be writing these words, but life has a way of testing us in unimaginable ways.

A few months ago, I was hit by a drunk driver while walking along the road. Not long after, I started experiencing severe headaches, and my world shifted. What began as unbearable early-morning headaches and sudden vision changes led to a terrifying diagnosis—a rare brain tumor called Suprasellar Meningioma.

This tumor sits near the base of my brain, pressing on vital nerves, slowly causing vision loss, preventing my body from producing essential hormones, and causing dangerously low blood pressure.

The medications keeping me alive have weakened my muscles, making daily life an uphill battle.

I was overwhelmed with fear. Will I lose my sight? Will I survive? How will my children manage without me?

But after countless tests and sleepless nights, I found a glimmer of hope—my tumor is treatable through surgery, but I need to act fast.

The headaches are excruciating. I am struggling with muscle weakness. But I refuse to let fear win.

I am fighting—for my children, my family, my purpose, and my dreams.

I am not done yet.

But I cannot fight this battle alone.

As a small business owner, I have poured my heart and soul into Luxe Treasures. It has been my passion, my peace, my creative escape.
