Help Char buy bed due to bug infestation

Hey folks! I have terminal cancer of the spine, which leaves me spending most of my time in bed.

In the last 2 weeks, I've discovered my bed is infested with naughty bed bugs-I have ZERO idea how this happened These bugs are constantly biting me when I sleep, leaving a myriad of itchy welts from head to foot-can you say major OUCHY?

I need to buy a new queen size mattress & box springs, so I can stay in bed without being biten while I sleep-it sure would be fab to get a descent nite of sleep sans critter nibblings EW -sorry this sounds so gross, but it's the awful In the meantime while waiting for a new super good & comfortable bed, I'll be sleeping in my recliner in the living room til I able to purchase a new bed, which I hope happens very soon-it would be welcomed (the bed has been awful since I bought almost 3 yrs ago during my first bout with cancer).

I will also need to have my cottage fumigated, but I think the property mgr will cover this expense . I'm deathly allergic to all pesticides, so I'm not sure how this special request will be resolved $$$ wise with mgmt.

I'll need to spend a nite in safe & CLEAN motel on Oct 11-12, til my cottage is aired-out after fumigation-another unexpected expense I cannot afford.

On top of this bug invasion, I have a rat(s) living in my attic & wall, especially in my pantry area. Mgmt will have them removed ASAP, but another MG. Nothing like being overran by bugs & varmints at the same time . When it rains, it pours .

This situation needs to resolved ASAP, & I need your help to resolve this awful dilemma immediately. I cannot accomplish these tasks without you, so if you spare a few $$$, I'd deeply appreciate it from the bottom of my soul. TYIA I love you all XOXO
