Her home keeps flooding; she and the kids need out. HELP!

When does it stop?
I've known Chantelle for years, and I can tell you that you won't meet anyone more committed to helping others or raising the kind of boys this world needs more of. But right now, Chantelle, a single mom of three young boys (8, 9, and 11), is facing challenges no one should have to handle alone.

Her home keeps flooding. Hurricane Milton was just the latest in a string of storms that have left Chantelle hustling to move ALL OF HER FURNITURE (alone!) onto risers to try to protect it from floodwaters. Imagine constantly living in a home packed up as if you were moving... all the time, as every storm is a threat of potential flooding. Her house is in a flood-zone area, and with hurricane season more insufferable every year, it's not a matter of if it will flood again — it's when.

Chantelle must get out before the next storm strikes, and her boys are left in another dangerous situation.

But moving isn't easy when you're a single mom. First and last month's rent and security deposits for a new place are out of reach, especially when you're already stretched thin trying to cover everyday needs. Massive rent hikes post-pandemic has already made it a struggle to just cover the basics. And it's not just the house...

Her car is facing $8,000 in repairs, a bill she can't afford but desperately needs to cover.

Without reliable transportation, she can't get her boys to school or make family medical appointments.

And there are many of those appointments because Chantelle is also managing her complex medical issues, including an autoimmune condition while raising one child with severe (once life-threatening) food allergies and another child with autism.

She's never had the chance to get ahead.

For Chantelle, it's always been about surviving the next crisis — whether it's a flood, a broken-down car, or a serious medical issue. She's never had the chance to start from “1,” to breathe and live without constant worry.

She works hard, takes care of her boys, and does everything right — but the hits keep coming.

Will you join me in helping this amazing human be able to BREATHE again?
I'm asking for your help to raise $12,000 so Chantelle can move her family to a safer home, fix her car, and finally get the fresh start she deserves.

I'll personally match the first $1,000 in donations.
Because I know Chantelle, and I know she's not someone who asks for handouts. She's always the one stepping up for others. In fact, she and I met when she reached out to help me with my business — without asking for anything in return — just because that's who she is.

With your donation, you're not just helping a mom escape a flood zone or fix her car.

You're giving her a chance to FINALLY start from the same baseline most folks start from and take for granted.

To address acute medical issues.
To create a safer, more stable life for her boys.
To stop worrying about the next storm, both literally and figuratively.

Every dollar you donate doesn't just fix a car or pay a deposit. You're giving a mother and her children a chance to finally start from a stable place, to catch their breath, and to build a future without constant fear of the next disaster.

She would 100% do it for any of us. Time to rally and do it for her, too!

ANY amount will help. Give ten bucks if you can! Every single bit matters.

Thank you, friends.

EDITED TO ADD: I've known Chantelle since about 2016. She's worked in my business for many years. She's an employee, yes - but even more, she's a TEAMMATE. She's a friend. She's a good human. She will use the funds raised for: medical issues, to secure a new apartment, to fix her car, and refill her fridge.
