Hi, my name is Chante Procell. I have been a bartender for 26+ years and recently had ACL reconstruction surgery. The doctor says it will take 6-8 months of recovery and physical therapy, making it impossible to go back to work. I have applied to every online remote job and temporary disability but with no luck. I am a single mom with a 13-year-old son and take care of my mom who had a stroke 6 years ago. Bills have been piling up since I ruptured my ACL. I am so thankful for my friends who have helped with groceries. This experience is definitely humbling and has given me a whole new perspective on things that I took for granted, like walking and working. I am asking for your help during my recovery.
