Hi, my name is Angelina, and my dog Chanel is having major health problems. Chanel’s heart isn’t in the correct spot, and it’s leaking fluid from her aorta onto her lungs. The lungs have no way of expanding to breathe normally, so there’s way too much air in her chest, and the chest wall isn’t functioning properly. She is only 1 year old; she’s still a baby and full of life. She lives to play outside and go for walks; she’s very energetic. She makes anyone’s day. If you’re upset, she lights up the room. She’s goofy and does crazy things. Due to the condition, she hasn’t been able to do anything. She’s very fatigued and lethargic. I just want my baby Chanel to get back to her normal self and live her happy life with many years to come.
