Through conscious choice and diligent habit, I’ve kept my condition in a Relapsing Remitting state where symptoms came and went and my body regained function. But that changed. My condition morphed into a Secondary Progressive state according to my neurologist during my visit last year.

You know I’ve never been one to sit back and accept that I can’t change things. If that had been the case, I wouldn’t have had my son, I wouldn’t have written a book, I wouldn’t have launched VIBRANT U Academy, and I wouldn’t have been able to push the limits of possibility for the last twenty-seven years.

I started the rebuilding process by enlisting the help and guidance of Dr. Terry Wahls, a clinical professor who concentrates on the study of MS and who lives with disease herself. This has led me on a new path. It is challenging physically (and financially) but I didn’t have a choice. The onset of paralysis in my legs scared the ‘you know what’ out of me. I realized it was time to act to try and stem the tide.

Those of you who know me, know I’m a planner. Things are no different today. I have a plan, based on Dr. Wahls protocol, that shows efficacy improving MS symptoms. It combines science, technology, nutrition, medicine, positive psychology, and a whole lot of ‘can-do’. Dr. Wahls has shown you can heal your body which inspires me to follow this path.
