On December 23, 2025, our lives changed forever when my partner, Chance, was involved in a devastating head-on collision with a semi truck. The days that followed were filled with fear and uncertainty as he fought for his life in the hospital, suffering from severe injuries. Yesterday, by the grace of God, Chance was finally able to come home—a true miracle that we are endlessly grateful for.
While we are so thankful to have him back, the challenges we now face are overwhelming. I had to leave my job to stay by Chance’s side in the hospital, and as a result, we have fallen behind on our bills. Our tiny home, which was already a work in progress, now needs to be finished and made handicap accessible for Chance’s recovery. We also need beds for our child and ourselves, and we’re struggling to find a way to get a vehicle so we can get to appointments and take care of daily needs. The hospital bills are pouring in, and it feels like we’re facing an uphill battle every day.
We truly appreciate any help that can be given, whether it’s a donation or simply sharing our story. We are in such a bind and have no way to do this on our own. Chance’s survival is nothing short of a miracle, and we believe that with the support of our community and the grace of God, we can get through this. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for any support you can offer. GOD IS GOOD ALL THE TIME!
