Champ is a wonderdog. He's been a foster BFF for many dogs throughout Fairfield County, CT over his 8 years.

He and his dad, Doug Schwartz, have been the foundation of so many rescue dogs over the years. Champ is one of those dogs that naturally leads other dogs to become adoptable, loved, and he pays it forward by fostering the next dog.

Doug was the foster dad and Champ, a BFF, for my dog Hudson, and we have stayed friends ever since.

We now face a horrific crisis for Champ and Doug. Champ has developed a large mass on the side of his face (we didn't feel the picture was appropriate but are willing to share it privately as it's hard to look at), as he was diagnosed with large cell lymphoma. The mass exploded in size over the past month.

Champ urgently needs chemotherapy and treatment, and in all the loving of dogs that Doug has provided, he forgot to get Champ health insurance as he's always so busy helping with other dogs. We are looking to raise money to help Champ have the best possible outcome for recovery.

Please help Champ the Wonderdog. Doug has helped so many animals, we need to pay it forward and help Doug and Champ.
