Help Chadillac cross the finish line

Our entire family is eternally grateful for the love and support that has been received during Chad’s medical stay and continues today. He has made tremendous progress and is working hard to get back to his love of helping to create beautiful, fun, creative body art.

In his process of healing, it was identified that the cause of his stroke was a hole in his heart that closes in most people but did not in his case. To help prevent another stroke Chad will be going through a procedure to close the hole soon.

He has been attending outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapy; most of which is not covered by his insurance. As many of you know he has been out of work since the end of May when his stroke occurred. Losing his income for this amount of time, the added medical bills, etc. has put a strain on the family’s finances. Despite Stephanie working and the family’s best efforts to modify their lifestyle to maintain their needs, the unfortunate reality is that we need another fundraiser to help.

It is difficult to imagine, but I think if anyone were to lose half or more of their income unexpectedly for such a period of time, they would be in the same boat.
