Hello.

My name is Brian Merritt , I'm raising funds for my BROTHER Chad Smith.

Chad was diagnosed with Bladder Cancer recently , he underwent surgery to remove bladder and prostate , as then began the surgery and made incision Chad's heart STOPPED and it took the team several minutes to revive Chad ( broke his ribs in the process ).. the stopped surgery and closed him up .

The surgery has been moved , in the meantime Chad is unable to work and his family needs to come to his aid and help him support his family .

Chad is a very good and proud man , husband , father , papaw and would NEVER ask for releaf , so I as his BROTHER I'm asking for him .

Chad is the man who will gladly give you the shirt off his back . He is a ARMY VETERAN and has served our country with pride and dedication and truly deserves our help
