I am trying to raise money to transport my husband, Chad Johnson, to Mayo Clinic, to pay for two nights in a hotel, and to pay for medical expenses. He has a stone in his pancreatic duct that cannot be treated close to home. Tests will be performed the first day we are there, and a procedure is scheduled for the second day.
