Hi my name is Kelly McConnell, I’m setting up this go fund me for my husband Chad McConnell, he has muscular dystrophy along with other health issues we are in desperate need of a handicapped/ wheelchair van, I have called just about everywhere I can think of to get help tried getting a grant no luck finding anything, Chad no longer can transition from a regular chair or regular manual wheelchair, he has to be in his motorized wheelchair, he no longer can go anywhere without it, he gets a ride to his dr and back home on transit but he has not been in a actual store for a year now. Any help would be appreciated, thank you in advance.
