Hi, my name is Chadley Dugger. I am/was an employee at the Mayfield candle factory that was destroyed by the Dec. 10th tornado. I was trapped in the rubble for a little over an hour I believe before another employee got me out. I got another two guys out, including one who couldn't move his legs, before I left to guide rescue back to our position because I had lost a shoe and would've ended up impaling my foot on something if I continued wading through it. My home is less than a mile away and was also hit. I called my fiance right after it happened from inside the wall and made sure they were ok, her and my 3 year old son hid in the bathtub. They were unharmed, physically. My new car was in the parking lot, and is surely completely lost, I have not been able to return and see the damages, I have comprehensive insurance, but I'll be SOL because I still owe more on the car than the actual cash value. My family has been displaced, staying with my mom in her home that was not hit but was already run down and full of mold, and other hazards I need to keep my son away from such as staples sticking out of floors and water damaged floorboard popping up out of the floor. There's no water because the well pump is damaged. I need a hotel, I need a vehicle. My son's Christmas is ruined. I need food and diapers and clean clothes. I need a new job I guess. I never thought I'd have to fill something like this out, I'm unsure if I've included the most appropriate and pertinent information.
