Help Cesar with medical expenses

Hi my name is jonelle I am organizing this gofund me for my friend Cesar Garcia. On Wednesday October 13th he suffered a stroke that caused him to get a brain hemorrhage & will need therapy to learn how to walk and speak again which will have a high cost. His beloved family is going to need the support of all of us to help him through this tough time. He has his own mobile dog grooming business that he loves and both him and his wife Berenice are groomers.
