Hi my name is jonelle I am organizing this gofund me for my friend Cesar Garcia. On Wednesday October 13th he suffered a stroke that caused him to get a brain hemorrhage & will need therapy to learn how to walk and speak again which will have a high cost. His beloved family is going to need the support of all of us to help him through this tough time.
