Originally hailing from Bogotá, Colombia, Cesar Pedraza is a former police officer who served with distinction for over 7 years. Moving to the United States mere weeks before the coronavirus quarantine, like so many of us Cesar was affected by nationwide unemployment. Recently, his difficulties have been severely compounded by an unexpected diagnosis of Acute Myeloid Leukemia.
