Hi, my name is Cesar Rhodes. For the last five years, my life has been on hold. After the sudden passing of my twin brother, I fell into a deep depression that took me away from my work as a journeyman painter and, honestly, away from myself.

I am currently living in a tiny home environment that is no longer safe or supportive due to a lack of proper staffing.
