Help Cesar Rebuild After Eaton Fire Loss

Please help Cesar Plaza rebuild and recover as he lost his home in the Eaton fire. Cesar is a person of trade and works for himself. He doesn’t have health insurance and makes a living with his handy work. In this tragic fire he lost all his tools he would use for work.
