My name is Cesar Avila, I live in Riverside & I am currently in a financial rut. I have been dealing with an ongoing medical issue known as H. Pylori, for the past year, which affects the gut causing chronic nausea. It can be extremely debilitating. I have already undergone 2 treatments and I recently recovered from it about 2 months ago. But as of this week (while I was already "in line" for a new job), I contracted the bacteria again.

I currently have no medical insurance nor can I afford to pay for follow-up treatment due to other expenses. I can't afford to lose my only means of transportation. Luckily, my credit union has approved me for 3 months/no payments.

I am extremely ashamed to even have to do this but as of right now I feel like I don't know what else to do due to this medical issue and my already thinning savings. I work when I can with a friend who owns a business who is willing to work around my stomach issue but unfortunately it just isn't enough.

I am basically just asking for a helping hand until I recover and can get back on my feet. I know how pathetic this looks but please understand that I am not looking for a means to remove my financial responsibilities from myself! I am not looking to be a leach on society. I am merely in a desperate situation that I am praying to get out of as soon as possible that has unfortunately set me back significantly.
