Hey! My name is Celine Athan and I’m a Theatre Arts student at Loyola Marymount University. In May of 2026, I’ll be taking off into the real world and doing the acting thing! :)

To bring my time at LMU to a close, I will be putting together my senior thesis, which will be a one-woman cabaret in which I will be starring, both showcasing my range while also surrounding a theme of breaking through boundaries that have been placed on me as a performer.

This cabaret will be an exploration of transformation, stepping in and out of characters while revealing a bit about the woman beneath them. A total of 6 songs will be sung, some of which can be recognized from She Loves Me, Amelie, Jekyll & Hyde, and more! In around 45 minutes, I’ll be examining identity, typecasting, and what it means to take up space in the industry as a woman like me!
