Help Celia & Nick in Their Time of Need

Hello Disney Family.

This is Kristy Barrett. It’s never easy to reach out for help, especially when getting through the day to day of our own lives is a challenge in its own right. But that’s the thing about the Disney Family. We are always there for one another in our most dark and challenging times. This is one of those times.

Myself and Matthew Warfield are reaching out for the benefit of Celia Wayne & her fiancé Nick (Sirny) who is also a former CM. Recently, they have been hit with some life altering health/life/medical news that is already impacting the trajectory of their lives together and is threatening to put their wedding at the end of the month, & their future, into a spiral. This is life changing medical news.

This kind of news is not something anyone ever deserves to get, especially not the two of them who have always been gracious and kind and caring with their time and love in our lives. While there is no level of contribution that can completely alleviate the financial stress that lies ahead, anything we can collectively gather to help at least make sure their wedding can still move forward, & a healthy future, would go a long way towards bringing some much needed joy.

Nick DOES NOT KNOW about this page and per Celia’s request & plea, he CANNOT KNOW. He would never ask for this kind of help. This has put Celia in the position of needing to do this in secrecy, as this is something Matthew & I want to do for them. I know there are so many of us who have been in similar circumstances, feeling like our hands were tied. We end up looking back wishing there was something, anything that we could have done, when all we needed were our friends and chosen family to support us and lift us up. Now is our chance to come together to do that “something more” for another in our Disney Family.

No amount of support is too small. But if fiscal support is not within your means, words and prayers go a long way as well. The purpose of this entire effort is show Celia and Nick that they are not alone in this fight and that the Disney Family is right behind them every step of the way.
