My name is Fabian and I am the oldest brother to Noemi Garcia. We have had an outpouring of love & support since Noemi passed on August 1st. For those of you that do not know yet, our brother Marcos passed in January of this same year. Our family knows that "this too shall pass," something Noemi taught us. She was full of love & light. She loved her family very much & we miss her beautiful laugh and smile every day.
