I am reaching out to those that knew and loved Melissa "Missy” Hruby as she was one of my closest friends for over 30 years. She was born on November 28, 1971 and passed away on December 30, 2022 from a long hard fight with Cancer. Missy was best described as vivacious and strong-willed. She was a loving Mother to Ariana Johnson and a loving Grammie to Niko, Maricela, Ava Diaz and Pricilla Vargas. As well as, loving Daughter, Cousin and Friend within the Hruby Family and others. Her bravery and determination lead her down a path that someone is never really prepared for at her age. As bound and determined as she was to live and overcome her illness, her battle ended and her life and fight for life should be recognized with love and friendship.

As one of her closest friends, I am reaching out and asking for financial support to help Ariana with the expenses related to her Celebration of Life on January 29, 2023. Ariana and her children want to give Missy (aka Grammie) the beautiful celebration she deserves and could use any help you may be able to give. All funds received will go to Ariana to offset the expenses of this day!
