Dear friends and family,

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved Hieu Chi Lam—a devoted father, humble spirit, and proud veteran. Hieu honorably served in the Republic of Vietnam Navy, where he supported American and allied forces during the Vietnam War. His distinguished service included roles as Lieutenant of the M/T Cyprea, First Officer of the M/T Angkor, and Deputy Commander of the Mekong Delta base in Dong Tam.

After relocating to the United States, Hieu built a joyful life with his wife and children for over 32 wonderful years. He passed away peacefully at home in Southern California, leaving behind a legacy of love, courage, and resilience that continues to inspire all who knew him.

As we prepare to celebrate and honor his remarkable life, we have set up this fund to assist with funeral and memorial expenses. Contributions will go toward service arrangements, burial costs, and remembrance details to ensure we honor Hieu’s memory with the dignity he deserves.
