Our beloved Denise Smith-Summers, a loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend who touched the lives of all those around her, has left this world unexpectedly on Saturday, May 18, 2024, to join her dearly departed family in paradise.

Denise loved spending time with her family and always enjoyed seeing her grandchildren. She dedicated her life to helping those who needed it the most. She was the most compassionate caregiver to her patients and those in need.

We are all devastated by Denise’s passing and were not prepared for the end of life preparations. 

In lieu of flowers, her family is requesting monetary donations in memory of Denise to assist with the cost to provide Denise the celebration of life she deserves, to remember her as the wonderful and kind soul she was and say their last goodbyes.
