David Valencia.

Santa Barbara native, and long-term Valley resident, suddenly passed away on Thursday, November 13th. David was loved for his sense of humor, respected for his “Mr. Fix It” attitude and willingness to help anyone in need. Dave was an Army veteran, college graduate, and self-taught on just about everything else. Dave and his wife, Carmelinda, loved the history, culture, and beauty of the Valley, and called it “Home.” Dave was a giving man; one of those rare men of which is often said “They don’t make ‘em like that anymore.” David’s wife, children, siblings, grand, great and great-great grandchildren, and countless friends will miss him greatly.

All contributions will go towards Dave’s final arrangements; and a tribute that is fitting for a man of his caliber.
