Help Cece Recover & Stay Housed

Hi, my name is Cece. I’m 24 years old, and I moved to Tallahassee by myself to get out of a toxic family situation and try to build a better life on my own. Since moving here, it’s been difficult to get fully stable financially, but I recently started finding my footing and working again as a self-employed tattoo artist. This work is how I support myself and pay my bills.

A few nights ago, I was in a scooter accident that left me with a fractured thumb, a badly sprained shoulder, and bruised ribs. Because I tattoo for a living, this injury has completely taken away my ability to work for the time being—especially since both of my arms are essential for my job. On top of that, I recently received a 30-day notice for my housing, and without income right now, I’m at risk of losing my home while I recover. I also have basic living expenses and an emotional support animal who depends on me. I don’t have local family support, as my family is still in Texas, so I’m doing my best to navigate this situation on my own.

I’m not asking for anything beyond what I need to stay stable while I heal and get back to work. Any support will go directly toward rent, utilities, food, and medical recovery expenses so I can get back on my feet safely and return to tattooing as soon as I’m able. I even landed a job right before I got hurt, so now I can’t start it. Any help is deeply appreciated.
