I know the feeling of losing everything in a moment… my family went through a fire ourselves. The shock, the uncertainty, and trying to comfort kids while you’re still processing it yourself — no parent is ever prepared for that. That’s why we’re coming together for CeCe and her children. They suddenly lost their home and nearly everything inside it. In an instant, normal life disappeared — beds they slept in, clothes for school, favorite belongings, and the everyday items families rely on. What remains is a parent doing her best to keep her kids calm while figuring out where they’ll sleep and how to rebuild their sense of safety.

Right now, the goal isn’t to replace everything overnight — it’s to give these kids stability and peace of mind. Donations will help provide temporary housing while they secure a permanent place, food, clothing, and daily necessities, school supplies so the children can maintain routine, beds, bedding, and essential household items, security deposit and utilities for stable housing, and support resources to help the family emotionally recover.

Every contribution helps turn a traumatic moment into a manageable path forward. It allows a parent to focus on comforting their children instead of worrying about the next night’s shelter.
