I am Stephanie, Filipino and heartbroken to see Cebu and nearby islands in the Philippines badly damaged by Typhoon Tino (international name: Kalmaegi) on Nov 3th. Death toll reached 100, over 300 reported missing, thousands displaced and houses are in Cebu City alone . In total, including those who were unable to evacuate, 706,549 persons, or 203,595 families, were affected by Typhoon Tino across Visayas according to report.
