Help CEA fundraise ten We Care Solar suitcases

Between International Women's Day and Mother's Day this year, Clean Energy Associates (CEA) is raising money for We Care Solar, a non-profit organization using solar electricity and energy storage to help women survive childbirth.

 

Hundreds of thousands of health facilities globally lack reliable electricity, with health workers struggling in near-darkness, tragically resulting in delayed or cancelled procedures and lost lives. To combat this, We Care Solar has been providing Solar Suitcases to health centers in need. The Solar Suitcase is an easy-to-use solar electric system equipped with a solar panel, lithium-ion battery, high efficiency LED lights, charging ports, and fetal doppler to provide health facilities with the bare necessities to save lives.

 

CEA's goal is to raise enough funds to deploy 10 Solar Suitcases at health facilities in need of dependable electricity by Mother's Day.
