Catkins Feral Cats is a small, community-driven nonprofit dedicated to protecting and caring for feral and community cats through compassionate Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR), daily feeding support, and essential veterinary care for the trapped feral cats in our care. We work directly in Donald, Woodburn, Wilsonville, and surrounding areas to reduce overpopulation, prevent suffering, and give every cat the dignity they deserve.
Right now, we are feeding and monitoring dozens of colony cats. These are cats who were born outside or abandoned and left to survive on their own. While many will never become house pets, they still deserve consistent food, clean water, medical attention, and protection. Through TNR, we humanely trap cats, have them spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and returned to their familiar territory, where they are cared for long term. This proven approach stops the cycle of endless litters and improves the health and stability of entire colonies.
When we encounter kittens or friendly abandoned cats within colonies, we step in further. They receive veterinary care, are evaluated, socialized when needed, and placed into loving indoor homes whenever possible. For cats that remain outdoors, we continue to provide food support, shelter solutions, and ongoing monitoring.
Every donation directly supports:
• Spay and neuter surgeries
• Vaccinations and urgent veterinary care
• Daily food for colony cats
• Medical treatment for injured or sick cats
• Supplies such as traps, carriers, bedding, and shelter materials
• Community education about responsible feral cat management
We are a small nonprofit with a big mission. There is no large facility, no paid staff, and no endless funding source. Just dedicated people committed to doing the right thing for cats who cannot ask for help themselves.
When you give to Catkins Feral Cats, you are not just donating. You are preventing future suffering. You are stopping overpopulation before it begins. You are filling empty bowls. You are funding lifesaving surgeries. You are helping create a community where compassion leads the way.
These cats do not have a voice. With your help, we can continue to be one.
Thank you for standing with us and for believing that every life matters.
