Help Cathy & Rose Rebuild After House Fire
Donation protected
Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,
We are reaching out in a time of heartbreaking loss. Cathy Alley & Rose Williams just experienced a devastating tragedy. The family home, a place filled with memories and family history, was completely destroyed in a devastating house fire. Tragically, the fire claimed not only their home but also their most treasured belongings and irreplaceable family heirlooms, some of which have been passed down through generations. Thankfully no one was injured in the fire however they did lose one cat, Mittens.
The home was built by family members in 1952. Cathy has been a lifelong resident in Downeast Maine. Unfortunately, they were unable to secure insurance on the property, leaving them with nothing to fall back on in this unimaginable time of need. They are both disabled and live on fixed incomes. Now, they face the overwhelming task of rebuilding; starting with all the basic necessities as well as the need to find new housing.
We humbly ask for your help. Any donation will help them with the means to begin the long process of rebuilding their lives, replacing their essential belongings, and restoring some hope during this difficult time. Every contribution, no matter how big or small, will make an impact and will be deeply appreciated. If you'd prefer to mail a check directly to Cathy or Rose, they can be sent to PO BOX 25 Beals ME 04611.
Together, we can help them get back on their feet and create a new chapter of hope after this unimaginable loss.
Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and support.
