I’m Cathy, and I’m creating this fundraiser for myself as I recover from major surgery and try to keep supporting my elderly mother and our pets. Four days ago, I had surgery at the OU Cancer Center in Oklahoma City to remove a large tumor mass on my left ovary, and I also had to have a hysterectomy. I am unable to work right now while I heal, and this has put me in a very hard financial position at a time when I need to focus on recovering.

Right now, any support will help me and my mother with the basics we need to get through this difficult time. The funds will go toward groceries, household items, some bills, and pet food for our pets while I am out of work. I’m asking my family and friends to please share my fundraiser and, if you’re able, offer financial support for me and my mom while I recover and work toward getting back on my feet.
