Help Cathy Get a Life-Saving Heart Transplant

In May of this year, my mother-in-law Cathy was admitted to the hospital. During this hospitalization, she was diagnosed with heart failure that was caused by a genetic issue with her heart. She was then transferred to another hospital to receive more intense level of treatment. Before discharge, she was told she would need a heart transplant in order for this genetic issue to be resolved. Shortly following that hospitalization, a pacemaker was placed and Cathy was on a continuous IV medication to keep her heart working.

At the beginning of August, Cathy was shocked multiple times by her pacemaker. This drove her to be hospitalized again, but this time, Cathy will not be leaving the ICU setting until she receives a new heart.

The cost of a new heart is pretty extensive and the goal of this is to help out as much as possible with medical bills and cost of her extended stay at the hospital. Any amount of support would be greatly appreciated!!!
