ART IS MEDICINE Help Catherine Just bring her art to Milan

ART IS MEDICINE: Help Bring My Artwork to Milan for the Milan Photo Fair March 20-23rd 2025.
This exhibition is a critical opportunity to:
• Introduce my work to a new international audience of collectors
• Share a universal story of connection, healing, and resilience that transcends cultural boundaries
• Expand my vision of using art as a conduit for collective transformation
To turn this vision into reality, I need your support. My fundraising goal of $2500 will cover critical expenses to get the work prepped and off to Italy.
Your contribution—whether it’s $5 or $1,000—will directly help bring my work to Milan and introduce Chasing Fog to a wider audience.
I truly believe that art is the medicine that heals us all, and it needs to reach those who need it most.
By donating, you're becoming a vital part of this meaningful moment that has the power to transform lives.
2 Options for Support:
1. Open Support: A donation of any amount, pure donation.
2. Become a Collector of the Stitched Heart Image (shown above). Available in different sizes and very limited in quantities.

This is an extraordinary milestone in my artistic career. This March, I'll be exhibiting “Chasing Fog: Learning How to Breathe” in a group show with Alta Vista Arts Gallery at the prestigious Milan Photo Fair. This is my first exhibition in Italy, and with a 7-foot wall dedicated to my work, it marks a profoundly significant moment—I’ll be showcasing the largest collection of my work ever displayed at one time.
Chasing Fog is a visual narrative that explores the delicate landscapes of the human condition. Using a vintage SX-70 Polaroid camera and hand-stitching, I’ve created a series of one-of-a-kind Polaroids, some are scanned and printed in limited editions. This work delves into the nuanced territories of love, loss, intimacy, and hope. Each photograph is a visual poem, inviting viewers to recognize our shared human connection and vulnerability.
