On December 17th, 2025, Cristie Shepard passed away. This was sudden and unexpected. Catherine and I both want to go back to Texas for the services and to be with her family in this time of need. Flights this time of year are expensive. I am trying to raise money to get round-trip tickets for us both to go to Texas.

Or at the very least, get her a ticket out there.

It's a difficult time, to say the least.

I looked up airfare and it's going to be close to $2000 round trip, for both of us. Plus we might need money to rent a car or for other needs while in Texas. This wouldn't be a social visit; this is a very limiting visit to deal with the tragic loss of Catherine's mother.

Anything you can give right now would be a big help.

Reality still hasn't set in and we aren't sure of the exact date we need to go, but we're trying to get back to Texas ASAP.

At the very least, we want to get a flight for her. I want to be there in a support capacity if I can.
