Hello, my name is Catalina and I have a family of 5. We go to church and are doing our best to raise our kids to be very respectful.

Recently, my husband was laid off due to his immigration status and I had to take over the bills and rent. I've done my best. I have applied for rental assistance; they denied us. I also applied for county assistance and the same thing happened. Recently, I have fallen short on money I had saved up and now I am late on rent by 3 months. We were given a 3-day notice and now a 30-day notice to move out. Please, we have nowhere to go. I have asked around, checked online for a garage to rent, even a bedroom. I even applied for an apartment and was denied because I don’t make 2.5 times the rent. My kids' ages are 17 to the youngest being 2 years old. Please help me; anything will go to paying for the rent I am behind on. Thank you and God bless you all.
